Women’s Christian Fellowship – A Wonderful Night Together!
Our WCF meeting tonight was filled with great food, laughter, and fellowship. A special thank you to Becky Baker, Andrea VanMeter, and Sandy Nunn for preparing the delicious meal and desserts — we appreciate you so much! We also enjoyed a fun White Elephant gift exchange, and there were plenty of smiles and surprises to go around! Our ladies showed up with the best surprises and the biggest laughs tonight! From “mystery treasures” to “why would anyone buy this?” The exchange was full of joy, jokes, and unforgettable reactions! We shared good food, good fun, and great fellowship. It was a wonderful evening to share with friends! Does this look like fun? Join us, WCF has a place for you!

WCF Luncheon Trip, Saturday, August 22
Join us Saturday, August 22, 10 a.m., at Kingdom Life Church, for a trip to Columbus, Indiana, to have lunch at Zaharakos.
Zaharakos is an enchanting place with an enticing menu, magnificent music and memories to be made! When three brothers from Greece opened Zaharakos (Zuh-HARE-uh-koes) as a candy store in Columbus, Indiana, they opened what has become one of the finest ice cream parlors in America. Step back in time to the elegant icons of years gone by — music from the 1908 Welte orchestrion; a Tiffany-style lamp/carbonated water dispenser; a spectacular 50-foot backbar of mahogany, stained glass and mirrors; the largest collection of pre-1900 soda fountains on public display; and so much more. The restoration in 2009 added a Museum Room, Soda Fountain Library, Mechanical Music Library, Green River Banquet Room, and the Crystal Parlor—a late 1800s Victorian-style suite.
Enjoy a classic Gom Cheese-brr-grr and frothy Orangeade drink or choose from a generous selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, sodas, and sundaes. Our premium ice cream is made fresh on site. YUM!!!
